“Real Insight” is originally from New Orleans LA. He grew up in the 7th ward before his parents moved to New Orleans (East) during his high school years. Real Insight is a graduate of Dillard University in New Orleans LA and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He is currently employed with a Fortune 500 Company as a Regional Manager in the Pacific Northwest. He currently resides in Seattle WA with his wife and three boys. Real Insight loves sports, music and traveling to unique places. Real Insight is a reserved man and would rather let his actions speak for him more so than his words; however, he does speak volumes through his poetry. He loves children and enjoys coaching his boys as well as mentoring the youth in his community. Real Insight feels a sense of responsibility to give back and be a role model for our youth. Real Insight has a unique talent to write about everyday issues that the average person goes through with an "in your face", "no-nonsense" style along with a touch of love and respect for the subject matter. He is able make impactful and defining points to life situations that many may find difficult to express. Have no fear! Real Insight is here!
